Deliveries and Returns Policy

1. Delivery Information
At Silvae X, we aim to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process. Please review the details below regarding shipping and delivery:
Processing Time: Orders are processed within On day of order 12pm (excluding public holidays and weekends).
Shipping Methods & Costs: Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Standard Shipping: 7-14 days business days (depending on location).
Express Shipping: 2-7 business days (depending on location).
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Fees are generally higher due to location.
Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier disruptions or customs processing (which we are not liable for).
2. Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within Two days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or damaged products (unless faulty upon arrival)
Items purchased on clearance or final sale
Personalized or custom-made products
Return Process:

We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Ship the item back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
4. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping provider first. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
